5.9It is forbidden to assume another person’s identity in signing up/creating an account on the portal, with the intention of obtaining personal, medical or any information pertaining to the individual whose identity has been assumed, or using the portal as a user to obtain any information about a client or another user of the Portal.
5.10 It is forbidden to misrepresent a person in a way that would incur negative impact and damaging consequences upon the individual; either through assuming their identity or using the portal to pass false information on to an Agent.
5.11 Any user found to be falsely representing another person or assuming another persons identity, will be immediately removed and reported to the person in question, their GP, any case workers associated with the injured party and the Police.
5.12 A user may sign up on behalf of a client, but do so under the users own name, not the clients, and with the clients express permission that we should receive both verbally and in writing, either by the carer or the client. This instance would only be allowed if the client in question would struggle to access the service without another person acting in a support role.
5.13 You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
5.14 We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other Service customers.
